Excerpt from Mike’s CD "A Walk in the Garden of Life"
Within the heart of the Beloved resides a beautiful garden.
All those who gaze upon its splendour are truly touched.
All those who inhale its perfume are blessed.
Yet, there are those, who upon entering the garden,
Pick the flowers and uproot the trees and plants.
They take, yet they do not give.
Now the garden is desolated,
And the Souls of humanity cry for the gardener of return.
He gave them the garden to care for,
Yet they have misinterpreted His giving.
He gave them His all, yet they cry, ‘It is not enough!’
The gardener has returned.
He is in the heart of all true seekers.
Look, you will see Him there,
An if your heart is fertile,
Then once again the garden will bloom with His love.
Now let us take a walk in His garden…

A Walk in the Garden of Life
This is a excerpt from Mike’s double CD set – A Walk in the Garden of Life. A Walk in the Garden of Life takes you on a journey of self discovery. The Soul contains both male and female elements, which constantly guide us as to the right time to be active or still.

Mike Robinson has taken this principle and relayed it into simple short stories that reflect our moment-to-moment communication with the Soul. This challenges the reader to go beyond their beliefs and find the pearls of wisdom.

The reference to Our Lord and Our Lady is not religious in any way. Mike has used these terms to reflect the male and female essence of the Soul. The same reference can be applied to Rama & Shiva, Venus & Apollo, Krishna & Rad, Yin and Yang and the Soul that split in two to become Jesus & Mary.
This wonderful double CD set will be released in Australia in November. To pre-order your copy, please contact Flourish for Life (insert link to email info@flourishforlife.com here)

‘A Walk in the Garden of Life’
‘Come’ said Our Lord and Our Lady, ‘let us take a walk in the garden of life.’
We began to walk along a pathway, which guided us through an array of coloured and sweetly perfumed flowers. The early morning sun glistened in the dew upon their petals. Suddenly, Our Lord stopped at a great oak tree He reached up and gently pulled a leaf from a branch and placed it to his lips.
“Our Lord’ I said, ‘why did you pluck that leaf from the tree?’
He smiled at me and spoke. ‘These leaves are like man upon the tree of life. They bud and they grow, whilst learning to move with the elements that surround them. But the leaf that becomes still in the face of the wind, and remains light in the heavy downpour of rain, and fails not with the birds resting upon its branch, is the one which, in its stillness, waits patiently for my Divine breath.’ With that he put the leaf in his breast pocket and we walked on.
We came to stop at a row of closely panted rose trees. I watched as Our Lady took a pair of pruning scissors from her pocket and cut the middle sprawling tree down to just a foot high.
I was astounded. ‘Our Lady,’ I said, ‘why did you cut down the beautiful rose tree?’
She smiled, took my hand and spoke. ‘A true rose know not how beautiful it is; only that it reaches for the sun. This rose tree in its vanity overshadowed her sisters and stole their light. But now she has an opportunity to grow, let go of the self and embrace humility. When she shows this act of nobleness, I will uproot her and place her in a bed of her own.’
With that she tenderly caressed the now small rose tree, and as we walked on by, the other roses bowed their heads in humility and understanding….
